- Key fact: On 1 October 2026 three of the five CRMs we checked showed pound prices on their own pricing pages: Bullhorn (Starter £80 and Core £120 per user a month), Vincere (Core £95 per user for two to seven users) and Recruit CRM (Pro £75 per user, billed annually). For a six-consultant agency those come to between £5,400 and £8,640 a year before add-ons. Firefish and JobAdder publish no per-user price.

UK pricing guide 2026" for the all-in range. An earlier version of this page used figures reported by comparison sites; they were replaced with the vendors' own the same day. Desk check only; check the live page before deciding.

"Best recruitment CRM for small business", "bullhorn vs vincere", "recruitment crm pricing": the searches are price-led, and only some of the vendors' own pages are. We read each vendor's pricing page on one day and worked the published figures for one agency.

**What this is, and is not.** A desk check of each vendor's own pricing page as it stood on 1 October 2026. We did not trial any product or ask for a quote, so we say nothing about how good any of them is. Prices change; read the live page and the contract before signing.

## The prices on each vendor's own page

| CRM | Per user per month, on its own page | Terms noted |
|---|---|---|
| Bullhorn | Starter £80; Core £120; higher plans by quote | The page does not state the billing term; reviewers report renewal increases around 20% and describe it as more than an agency under 50 needs |
| Firefish | No per-user price on the page | Add-on modules "from £150 per module"; the page does not say for what period |
| Vincere (Access Group) | Startup £150 a month for a single user; Core £95 per user for 2 to 7 users; Pro from £85 per user above 7 | 30-day rolling contract |
| JobAdder | Quote only | Scales by users and modules |
| Recruit CRM | Pro £75; Business £105; Enterprise £165, billed annually | The page says annual billing saves up to 20% on the monthly rate |

One UK comparison site puts the realistic all-in for a five to twenty user agency at £60 to £120 per user per month once add-ons and setup are counted.

## The example agency

Six consultants and resourcers, one owner who also bills, a temp desk and a perm desk, moving from spreadsheets and a shared inbox.

## The sums, where a figure exists

| CRM | Basis | Per year |
|---|---|---|
| Bullhorn Core | 6 × £120 × 12 | £8,640 |
| Bullhorn Starter | 6 × £80 × 12 | £5,760 |
| Vincere Core | 6 × £95 × 12 | £6,840 |
| Recruit CRM Business | 6 × £105 × 12, billed annually | £7,560 |
| Recruit CRM Pro | 6 × £75 × 12, billed annually | £5,400 |
| Firefish, JobAdder | quote | not calculable |

Setup, data migration and training are extra everywhere and rarely published. The gap between the cheapest and dearest published figure for this agency is about £3,200 a year, which is less than one permanent fee; the difference that matters is in the terms, not the headline.

## What the reviewers complain about

In paraphrase, from the public review sites: renewal increases; CV parsing that is imprecise; duplicate candidate records the system does not catch; permissions only on higher tiers; AI features priced as add-ons; and support that is slow to resolve things. None of those is a price-list item, and all of them cost consultant hours.

## What no CRM price includes

The admin around the CRM. Confirming interviews, chasing timesheets, running the [AWR clock](https://aeolookup.com/recruitment/agency-worker-12-week-rule-calculator/) on every temp, filing the [right to work](https://aeolookup.com/recruitment/right-to-work-check-recruitment-agency-checker/) evidence, checking that terms came back signed. A CRM holds the records; the hours are still a person's. One trade survey put recruitment admin at 17.7 hours per vacancy.

## Where Overlyft ![](https://aeolookup.com/img/d/ours-badge.png) fits

Overlyft does not sell a CRM, and an assistant it sets up does not replace one. The four AI staff it sets up for an agency, the Resourcer, Candidate Coordinator, CV Formatter and Compliance Clerk, work inside whichever of these the agency uses, through the API or the inbox, doing the admin the CRM stores but does not do. The price comparison that matters to an owner is a resourcer's salary against the cost of setting up an assistant, and that is a different page. This one is about the CRM.
